Architected the MVP end-to-end and designed the LLM-powered web-research and page-scanning pipelines that crawl, analyse and score a brand’s SEO and AI-search visibility.

Architected a unified CRM connecting 5 products with role-based access and real-time sync, and built the backend for aichatapp.ai — a multi-model AI-chat platform (GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Flux in one subscription) that grew to 3M+ signed-up users — on GCP with Stripe billing.

One of the world’s largest visual-content agencies — 300M+ editorial and stock images/videos, 200k+ new assets daily. Led the refactor from a React SPA (Rendertron pre-rendering) to Next.js for stronger SEO and performance across the catalogue, and integrated AI image-processing (Ximilar) for automated tagging — with weekly production releases.
An AI product-discovery platform — “Scan. Discover. Choose Better.” — where users scan any product to reveal ingredients, safety, quality and where to buy, with ESG intelligence across fashion, beauty and travel. Led the build from scratch with a team of 5, architecting the AI product-scoring engine on OpenAI + custom Ollama models.
A banking system with integrations across gaming and retail (Supercell games, BestBuy rewards) where users earn and spend Mana coins alongside standard banking. Built the microservices architecture (NestJS, Keycloak, PostgreSQL) and React admin panel, plus an AuditDB service logging every request; payment services run as Java Spring Boot microservices on GCP over RabbitMQ.
Built an internal React application for Volkswagen Group — Europe’s largest automotive group — on a .NET Core REST API, deployed to Azure with Cosmos DB storage, collaborating directly with the VW engineering team.
